Team Solarium has been part of a plethora of events having a variety of objectives and activities. These extracurricular activities provide a setting to become involved and to interact with other students, thus leading to increased learning and enhanced development. Specifically, a student's peer group is the most important source of influence on a student's academic and personal development. These multiple cultural events allow students to develop four essential skills – planning, teamwork, leadership, and multi-tasking. They also learn how to balance personal and professional life which helps in differentiating between the doers and the dreamers. The team members of Team Solarium will absorb all that they have achieved from this experience and will use it in their endeavors to come from future events.

 KPIT Sparkle

 1st March 2020

KPIT Sparkle always provides the team a wonderful platform where we can demonstrate our innovation and our creations to the industrialists that visit each year. It is an innovative platform that encourages students from all engineering domains to develop creative solutions in order to tackle the current world problems and help improve society. We displayed the Invictus 3.1 in this event and saw a huge crowd drawn due to the various innovations we had invested in that year.

Team Solarium displayed their latest project at PCCOER (Pimpri Chinchwad college of Engineering, Ravet) amongst students and renowned professors. Team members got to interact with the students from the host college whose enthusiasm about the vehicle was a great joy to observe. It allowed the team members to gain more knowledge, confidence and spread the word on the importance of renewable technologies to the younger generation.

21st December 2019

Team Solarium is associated with the Green Hills Group for the past two years. Green Hills Group has been working for the last 15 years in rainwater harvesting and tree plantation in Pune. They have a panel of eight trustees and a lot of devoted nature lovers amongst which some are retired persons having different backgrounds – bankers, engineers, businessmen etc. All of us carry a dream and have a mission ahead – we want to make the hills around Pune Green again. Team Solarium has planted more than 150 plants till date and surely the number will increase exponentially as the time passes.

3rd August 2019

Team Solarium has won numerous awards in their second edition of the Electric Solar Vehicle Championship (ESVC). The event allows students to design and manufacture renewable energy resources and pushes them to develop a Solar-Electric vehicle to compete among other college students from all over India.

The vehicles are built by students and faculties as per Adventure and professional class in which the team must meet the strict specification of the Rulebook in which the vehicle should be ergonomically sound, dynamically stable, light in weight and solar-powered. Along with all these features, they are fun to drive and renewable which contributes to a greener tomorrow.

 Engineering Expo

15 September 2018

We showcased our previous year's vehicle in the Engineering Expo at Auto Cluster. We got a chance to interact with many industrial tycoons which ultimately benefits us as well as our sponsors. Engineering Expo is the best platform to evaluate about the technologies and new innovation which is occurring throughout the world under one roof. We also intend to showcase this year's vehicle in such similar exhibitions and publicized our work and our sponsor's contribution.

Electric Solar Vehicle Championship (ESVC) is Asia’s largest solar event which started by the Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers in the year 2013. Vehicles that are built by the student/Faculty/professional as per Adventure and professional class regulation must meet the strict specification of the Rulebook.

The teams participating design and manufacture their vehicles which are ergonomically sound, dynamically stable, light in weight and solar-powered, along with all these they are fun to drive at the same time. This was the first time Team Solarium took part in this event and won the best design award.
